Description
Construction of a new single-storey Residential Respite and Care Home comprising six en-suite bedrooms, kitchen, living and sitting areas, playroom, family room, clinical room, nurses’ station and staff facilities.
The works included a complex pitched roof with roof deck and entrance canopy, together with extensive external works including a new access road, car parking, footpaths, patios, boundary fencing and walls, plant room, drainage and landscaping.
Martins Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor and PSCS, responsible for the overall management, coordination and safe delivery of the project.
