Description: The works consisted of the refurbishment and restoration of the existing building along with a new extension to a periodic building.
The existing house was built in 1820. These works involved an extensive renovation to the three-bay single storey building over a basement, to retain the original character and architectural features.
The external of the building consisted of natural roof slates, cast iron rainwater goods, squared headed window openings with limestone sills, timber sash windows and cylinder glass throughout the house. wrought iron railings on limestone plinth wall and limestone door steps. The works included a large landscaped site with driveway and gateway.
