Description: The project consisted of the redevelopment and Internal Upgrade of 5 no. industrial units on a phased basis with a total floor area of 1400 sqm. The works included demolition of existing internal partitions, new reconfiguration, new windows and doors, internal joinery and finishes. The works also included for the provision of a New Main entrance lobby, new offices and classrooms, workshops, kitchens, social and recreational area and sanitary facilities.
Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works.
