Description
Refurbishment of an existing ward within the live University Hospital Nenagh environment to provide an eight-bed Medical Assessment Unit and associated support facilities.
The works included the complete strip-out of existing areas, offices and services, together with extensive Mechanical & Electrical installations, automated internal sliding doors, dirty utility, clinical store, bespoke fitted furniture and specialist patient hoist installation.
Martins Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor and PSCS, managing the safe delivery and coordination of the works within the operational hospital environment.
