Description: Summer works including refurbishment and upgrade of the existing rooms at four locations of the Limerick Institute of Technology.
The works involved:
- LIT EAC Reception – The refurbishment of the existing Hartnett Enterprise Acceleration Centre reception area all service connections and auxiliary services.
- LIT Block 14 Moylish Campus – Modification and reconfiguration of existing floor space to provide for additional office and rooms, including new fire doors and external paving and ground works.
- LIT Georges Quay – Refurbishment of existing rooms at first floor level, incorporating upgrading of floor, wall, ceiling finishes, fixed and loose furniture and electrical and mechanical works.
- LIT Clonmel – Refurbishment of existing library to become a creative media studio.
