Description: A single storey extension to facilitate a Special Needs Unit to the exiting school building, including 4 classrooms, GP room, link corridor along with external security shutters and extensive associated external works. The project also included for the construction of a Pedestrian Access to the neighbouring school including ramped / stepped areas, landscaping and handrails, along with a Soft Play surface area. The school remained live throughout the construction of the extension.
Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works.
