Description: The project comprised of the construction of 1360m2 Gymnasium/Multi Sports Facility with double height sports hall, 2 storey ancillary facilities comprising of a reception area/office, stores, changing rooms and 2no. fitness suite areas with associated site works, resurfacing work to existing road surface and erection of fencing to surrounding boundaries which is part of the protected curtilage of Sarsfield Barracks comprising numerous protected structures.
Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works.
