Description: The work consisted of the refurbishment of an existing dwelling and ancillary works. As part of the works included the demolition of the existing sunroom and refurbishment to the internal structures. Updating the extending the plumbing system including the installation of a heat pump system and rainwater harvesting system. Adjustments and extension to the electrical services. Full internal and external decoration including new floors, internal doors, new windows and doors, supply of new fitted units and painting. The project also consisted of the construction of a new garage.
