Construction of a new residential development comprising 18 semi-detached houses, including nine two-storey houses and nine bungalows, across two sites within an existing residential estate.
The works included complete internal and external finishes, kitchens, tiling, painting, timber stairs, flooring, heat pumps and steel storage sheds. Extensive external works included estate roads, shared surface areas, footpaths, street lighting, street furniture, boundary walls and fencing, together with the upgrading and rerouting of foul and surface water drainage, paving, tarmac and parking bays.
Martins Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor and PSCS, responsible for the overall management, coordination and safe delivery of the project.
