Description
Construction of a multi-unit residential development comprising 18 units, including five three-storey houses, nine two-storey houses and four apartments arranged across three blocks. The development included a new link road and estate road with associated site development works, including paving, tarmac and public realm works, together with a new pump station, Irish Water connections and attenuation tank.
The works were undertaken within a live housing estate, with existing live services requiring careful diversion and coordination throughout the construction period.
Martins Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor and PSCS, responsible for the overall management, coordination and safe delivery of the project.
