Description
Construction of a new three-storey residential development comprising five three-bedroom duplex units and three apartments, including two two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment, each with balconies where applicable. The development incorporated piled foundations, reinforced concrete slabs, structural steel, precast floors and stairways, Pozi-joist construction and a warm flat roof, together with extensive Mechanical & Electrical services, fitted furniture, AOV and fall-arrest systems.
The project was delivered on a tight, confined city-centre site, requiring careful coordination and management of construction activities and existing services. External works included a new and improved public footpath, roadway, hard and soft landscaping and associated site development works.
Martins Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor and PSCS, responsible for the overall management, coordination and safe delivery of the project.
