Description: The work comprised of the construction of a new housing estate in Quilty Co Clare. The site had two locations situated within an existing housing estate. The build consisted of 18 Semi-dethatched houses, 9 two storey and 9 bungalows. The houses were finished externally with sand cement render, barges to parapets, painting roof trusses and slates. Internally houses were finished with timber stairs, softwood floor cover, kitchens, tiling, painting heat pumps, and steel sheds. The Estate Road included extensive site works including hardscaping including shared surface area, new footpaths the installation of new street lighting and street furniture. New Boundary Walls and Fencing to adjacent lands, upgrading and re-routing of foul and surface water drainage, paving, tarmac & parking bays.
Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works.
